THERMOSET VS. THERMOPLASTIC Our precision seals are made exclusively from thermoset elastomers, including Nitrile, EPDM, Neoprene, Silicone, and Viton® (FKM). Thermoset elastomers offer excellent performance and longevity in sealing applications due to their superior physical properties. These properties include compression set, tensile, flexibility, tear and abrasion resistance, and wide temperature range.

SPLICED RINGS Available in 7mm, 9mm, 11mm and 14mm 0-ring cord, made from Conductive Nitrile or Silicone in sizes from 4″ to 36″. Two-fin and three-fin profiles are available in 4″ to 36″ in EPDM.

SPONGE CLAMP GASKETS Available in 0.125″ thickness and 3/8″, 1/2″, and 5/8″ widths, made from Nitrile, Silicone, and blended NBR/CR with pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA).
