Archer CEO Joins ARPM Board of Directors

INDIANAPOLIS  – The Association for Rubber Products Manufacturers has named five new representatives to its board of directors for 2026, industry leaders with a range of experience.

Joining the board are Kyle Hug of Akron Rubber Development Laboratory Inc.; George Halages of Archer Advanced Rubber Components; John Mohl Jr. of Maplan North America; Josh Petrawski of Southern Michigan Rubber; and Steven Smith of Specification Rubber Products.

“ARPM is incredibly fortunate to welcome such a talented and engaged group of leaders to our Board of Directors,” Kaitlyn Triplett, managing director of ARPM, said in a Jan. 12 release. “Kyle, George, John, Josh and Steven each bring valuable perspectives and expertise, and we are excited for the impact their leadership will have as we continue to grow and innovate as an association.”

ARPM also announced leadership transitions for 2026, including Jim Wideman of MBL Corp. who completed his term as board president.

Ryan Fleming of Freudenberg-NOK will assume the role of board president, and John Stone of The Rubber Group will serve as vice president.

“We are extremely grateful to Jim for his steady leadership and dedication during his term as Board President,” Triplett said. “We are excited to welcome Ryan into the role of president and John as vice president, and we look forward to their leadership as ARPM continues to evolve and deliver value to our members.”

Those completing their terms on the Board fo Directors include: Travis Turek (Bruckman Rubber Co.); Diya Garware Ibanez (Fulfex Inc.); Russ Burgert (Maplan North America); Joe Colletti (Marsh Bellofram); Randy Dobbs (Sperry & Rice L.L.C.); and Mike Recchio (Zeon Chemicals L.P.).
